Visiting the General Assembly Building

The General Assembly Building, located at the northwest corner of Capitol Square, houses the individual offices for the 140 members of the General Assembly as well as committee rooms, offices for legislative staff, and a cafeteria. While the General Assembly is in Legislative Session, the General Assembly Building remains open to the public.

View Session in the GAB

Two auditorium-style rooms located on the first floor of the General Assembly Building are open to the public for viewing Session. You can watch the action taking place live on both the Senate and House chamber floors. Watch the House in House Room D. Watch the Senate in Senate Room B.
